HOW IT ALL BEGAN?
As the mother of an over-energetic child, I put my focus on giving him the most nutritious food. As mothers around the world would agree, if a child eats healthy, stays alert, learning the food is multi-rich nutrition is a whole other deal. Keeping this in mind, I began searching for a recipe that is not only high in nutrition, easily digestible, and rich in fiber but easy-to-make, guilt-free and yummy! That’s when I stumbled upon grandma’s unique sprouted multigrain mix. I tweaked the recipe for kids of the 21st century by blending the dry sprouted grains with dates and made it delicious by giving it a chocolaty flavor.
And voilà! Sprout-ee-licious was born!
HOW TO STORE
Store in a cool & dry place. Once opened, it must be kept in an airtight container.
